Watch this space for listings of more talks, since sharing ideas and experiences is what Good Grief is all about. At author talks for A Good Death: a compassionate and practical guide to prepare for the end of life, the audience can get involved.
If the group is small, we draw the seating in to a semi-circle and let the talk flow. At larger groups we aim for the same feeling. Maybe someone else in the audience can answer the question that’s asked?
Sometimes there are tears and often there are stories. But there is always comfort, as strangers reach out to each other, guiding with insights from their own experience.
