Life is good and should be full of joy. But sometimes we need help to find our way back there, when personal tragedy and grief strike.
I believe that if we talk about and share our experiences of death and grief, this will help us to get back to a full and happy life.
So Good Grief! is a place to come to and cocoon for a while. It’s a place to get ideas, find information and share stories, before moving back out into the busy world again. It’s not meant to be a place that gets you stuck in grief but one that helps you to move on.
Have you got something to say about your experience of loss or sadness? A story to share? Would you like to find more about how to cope? Good Grief! is a page for everyone. After all, we all know what grief is, even though we aren’t very good at talking about it.
I’m a journalist, medical writer and editor and I hope all these skills will contribute to making Good Grief! a nurturing and positive place.
